The Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, be able to work well with cross-functional teams and have excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage production schedules and ensure materials are available in a timely manner
– Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and according to standards
– Troubleshoot any production issues that arise and communicate with cross-functional teams to find solutions
– Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
– Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
– Train and mentor team members to improve overall performance

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations
– Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
– Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
