Job description for IT Support at Pennyu Group

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree (Any Major in Computer Science, Informatics, or Computer engineering is highly preferable).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as IT Admin, IT Support or related field, fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
  • The candidate must have the knowledge and a sense of troubleshooting, critical thinking, fresh idea, and the ability to receive feedback.
  • Willing to work on-site at Semarang Tengah, Kota Semarang
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Odoo issues.
  • Provide support to employees on technical infrastructure, such as setting up accounts, troubleshooting hardware and software, and providing technical advice.
  • Monitor and maintain Odoo systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise with Odoo.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and software updates.
  • Monitor system usage and performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Respond to user queries and provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Assist in the development of new Odoo features and services.
  • Participate in testing and troubleshooting of Odoo applications.
  • Provide training to users on how to use Odoo features and applications.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and review system and network security on an ongoing basis.
