Job description for IT Support at Pennyu Group
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree (Any Major in Computer Science, Informatics, or Computer engineering is highly preferable).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as IT Admin, IT Support or related field, fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
- The candidate must have the knowledge and a sense of troubleshooting, critical thinking, fresh idea, and the ability to receive feedback.
- Willing to work on-site at Semarang Tengah, Kota Semarang
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Odoo issues.
- Provide support to employees on technical infrastructure, such as setting up accounts, troubleshooting hardware and software, and providing technical advice.
- Monitor and maintain Odoo systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise with Odoo.
- Perform regular system maintenance and software updates.
- Monitor system usage and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Respond to user queries and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Assist in the development of new Odoo features and services.
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting of Odoo applications.
- Provide training to users on how to use Odoo features and applications.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and review system and network security on an ongoing basis.
