– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within assigned territory
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
– Identify opportunities for growth and take proactive measures to capitalize on them
– Conduct market research and provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends
– Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team
– Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials


– Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in non-FMCG, building material, and manufacturing industries
– Having a minimum of at least 5 years of experience in the related field is required
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
– Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
– Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
